Stretchy kunafa,
fresh every hour.

Soft Nabulsi cheese under golden kunafa, baked in small trays every hour and cut in front of you while it’s hot. Have a slice with your coffee, or take a whole tray home.

The tray timetable

A small tray comes out every hour in between, but the three big ones have a following in Weibdeh. Get here a quarter of an hour early.

[11:00]
The first trayLate morning · fine and coarse
The first of the day, when the cheese stretches best. The neighbours take theirs with mid-morning coffee.
[16:30]
Most popularThe afternoon trayAfter asr · ashta and pistachio
The one we wait for too. It goes fast, so hold your slice on WhatsApp before it leaves the oven.
[21:00]
The late trayAfter dinner · mabrumeh and rose
For a night out with friends after a walk around Weibdeh, with hot sahlab on winter evenings.

On Fridays and at Eid the times shift a little; we post them on Instagram every morning.

Trays for occasions

For engagements, new babies and Friday lunch. We bake your tray an hour before you need it, and it comes on a copper tray you can bring back whenever suits you.
